We understand that every Fisherman has his own preferred set up or layout of creel. With this in mind, we have ensured that any custom orders can be accommodated for. For example, when ordering a pot, you can choose whether you have rope or rubber protection (or even both) on any individual part of the creel. Custom frames can be designed to suit your exact requirements along with net type and size. Dont be afraid to ask!

Galvanising

Unlike the majority of creels on the worldwide market, all our creel frames are galvanised before being plastic coated. This means that they have an extra layer of protection against the harsh salt water. When the plastic coating on most creels gets damaged, the water works its way in between the plastic and the bare steel framework, corroding it from the inside out. The galvanised coating makes it a difficult task for the salt water to attack the steel, even when it gets past the plastic through an inevitable chip or crack, prolonging the working life of the creel, meaning they do not have to be replaced as often as most on the market.

Strength and Protection

These creels are armed to the teeth! Our crab and lobster creels come as standard with full rope and rubber protection at no extra cost. To purchase a pot of similar quality from our competitors, the buyer usually has to specify which parts he/she wants protected, and then pay more for the privilege. Our creels are priced as a fully protected unit, with both rope and rubber round the base and frame. However, we still ask for protection specification upon order, if you want less, then the price goes down accordingly.

As well as all the rope and rubber protection, we have also replaced the top bar in the frame with two off centre bars on our smaller crab and lobster pots, making them much stronger then standard equivalents. They really have been designed with local fishing conditions in mind.

We can supply creels/pots of any shape or size with any additional features you may require. this example has added escape hatches, one parlour, a bait bag and hard eye entrys.

The Creels and keeps we have advertised are only the ones that are the most popular in the industry or for leisure use. However, we can supply you with any setup that you require! We welcome custom orders as we constantly strive to deliver exactly what our customers want.
